What is your late policy?

We understand that life comes up and try our best to accommodate all of our guests, however, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to adjust your appointment (leave out the haircut or leave with damp hair) or be asked to reschedule to a different day.

What is your re-service policy?
​
We want you to absolutely love your hair! If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your look, please let us know within two weeks of your appointment. We'll be happy to make any necessary adjustments at no extra charge, ensuring your hair is exactly how you envisioned it. Your hair is our top priority, and we're here to make sure you leave our studio feeling your best!

What is your cancellation policy?
At Eco Luxe Color Studio, we value your time and ours. To ensure we provide the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We understand life happens! For your first no-show or late cancellation, we will waive any fee as a gesture of goodwill.
After 2 no-shows, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit for your next appointment to be scheduled.

After the 3rd no-show, a 100% nonrefundable deposit will be required to schedule an appointment.

What is your Price Transparency Policy?

We believe that pricing should be clearly stated, and that you have a right to know your pricing ahead of your service. This is why we practice a la carte pricing, it is the gold standard for ensuring you only pay for what services you need and receive, every time. We also never charge extra for extra bowls of color or additional styling to your blowout such as curls or flat ironing. This means what you're quoted is what you pay -- eliminating shock at the check out.
